Premium Taiwan Alishan Oolong Tea

As a representative of Taiwanese high-mountain tea, this premium Alishan Oolong originates from tea gardens at 1,000-1,600 meters above sea level in Greater Alishan, Chiayi. Entirely handcrafted, it belongs to the Jinxuan variety (Alishan Oolong is categorized into Jinxuan and Qingxin types).

The dry leaves form semi-spherical, tightly twisted strands with a color ranging from deep green to yellowish-green. When brewed, the liquor reveals a honeyed golden clarity. Its flavor profile is richer and more mellow than standard Alishan Oolong, featuring a pronounced milky aroma intertwined with floral and fruity notes, complemented by the crisp, high-mountain freshness.
