Our brand began in 2010, originating from the founder's journey deep into the mountains in search of tea. Moved by the reverence of veteran tea farmers for their craft and the warmth of handcrafted tea production, we resolved to share authentic teas and the human stories behind them with a wider audience. For over a decade now, we have been deeply rooted in the tea industry.

How should tea be stored after purchase to prevent spoilage?


Storage methods vary slightly by tea type: Green tea and white tea should be sealed and refrigerated (0-5°C). Black tea and oolong tea can be stored sealed at room temperature. Pu'er tea requires ventilation, dryness, and an odor-free environment. Regardless of tea type, avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid conditions. Once opened, consume promptly.

If you find the taste of the tea unsuitable after receiving it, can I return or exchange it?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy (unopened and in original packaging). If you discover quality issues after opening the package (such as mold or off-flavors), please contact customer service promptly with photographic evidence. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or refund. For returns based solely on personal taste preferences, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you offer bulk purchasing for your tea?

Absolutely! For bulk purchasing needs from tea houses, restaurants, corporate cafeterias, and similar establishments, we provide exclusive wholesale pricing. We offer custom packaging for smaller quantities and also provide regular restocking services along with post-purchase quality control tracking.
